The SSRS report choices are:

Count of Windows Experience Index or Count of Printers.

Count of Windows Experience Index will provide you with your environment’s count of Windows Experience Index scores for Vista and Windows 7 PCs.  This report is useful in understanding how an application will perform within your environment.  It also provides some guidance on how many PCs you may need to replace based on low score results. The drill through report to the Count of Windows Experience Index report, which is found in the full feature-set version of this EWR series, will provide you with a “list report” of PC details.

For the first time, we are offering you a chance to become a tester for one of our reports.  Count of Printers, as its name suggests, provides you with a count of all the different printers in your environment.  We have received a number of requests for SSRS reports on printers, and hope that you will be just as excited as we are about testing it.  If you have any feedback about what details this “count report” should drill through to we’d love to hear your ideas, so email us at info@enhansoft.com.

Find all PCs with Invalid Serial Numbers

This report provides you with a list of PCs with serial numbers that are invalid and therefore can’t be used to help track warranty information for a PC.

Operating System Details for a Computer

Operating System Details for a Computer is a SSRS report within the Operating System category found in Enhanced Web Reporting (EWR)

For each PC you will be able to see the PC name, registered user, last boot-up time and the OS install date.

The choices are:

Count of PCs by Last Inventory or Microsoft Office Details 2010.

Both of these reports are found in Enhanced Web Reporting – EWR.

Count of PCs By Last Inventory will provide you with the most current up-to-date data about the number of PCs (laptop, notebook, desktop and server) within your environment and when they last reported to SCCM.

Most of your PC inventory should appear within the 0-30 day range. 

Besides knowing your PC asset inventory count, our report will also let you know quickly if you have potential problems with your environment if numerous PCs are accumulating in the 31-91+ day range.  These could be decommissioned PCs or there might be a problem with your management point; this allows you to take appropriate action.

Microsoft Office Details 2010 (for a Computer) will show all Microsoft Office 2010 software installed on a particular PC.

At a quick glance you will be able to know which of your Microsoft Office 2010 licenses are retail (Microsoft Visio 2010) or volume licenses (Microsoft PowerPoint 2010).  You will also know the license’s release version and whether or not it is a 64-bit version. 

This report will allow you to interactively sort by Product (SKU), Language, Release, x64 and License Type columns.

The Microsoft Office 2010 series is a new addition to EWR and Microsoft Office Details 2010 (for a Computer) is the final drill down report from all 3 of the following List Reports:

1) List of PCs By Office SKU (Office 2010)

2) List of PCs By Office License Type (Office 2010)

3) List of PCs By Office Release Version (Office 2010)
